We want you to be happy with your plants! If there’s ever a problem, here’s how we handle returns:

🪴 Live Plants

Because plants are living things, we can’t accept returns just because you've changed your mind. But if your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or not as described, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos and we’ll either replace the plant or issue a refund.

📦 How to Report an Issue

Email us at Info@rookiesplants.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the plant and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

💰 Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund within 5 working days.

📬 Return Shipping

Returns (if agreed) must be posted back within 5 days. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
